Situated in a private residence at 28/30 Boulevard Vallombrosa, this top-floor loft (last floor, no higher neighbors!) boasts a fantastic location just minutes from Cannes’ historic quarter, the beaches, and vibrant local markets. With supermarkets within a 2-minute walk and the beach only 5 minutes away, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

The loft is located on the 3rd and last floor of the building, under the roof. It includes a MASSIVE open-plan living space perfect for entertaining, dining, or relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a bar, large wooden dining table, and modern appliances for a home-cooked meal. There is a small cozy outdoor space for fresh air and relaxation, and a garage. It can also accommodate your furry companion who wants to enjoy Cannes and the French Riviera as you do.

The loft is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also incorporated a work-friendly inside with a dedicated desk, printer, and comfortable chair to ensure a productive stay.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee and tea, so you can start your mornings with a warm cup while taking in the charm of Cannes. The loft is thoughtfully designed with high-quality furnishings to offer a refined yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for short-term stays, whether for a relaxing vacation or a business event.

The 107m2 apartment can accommodate up to 10 people and includes:
*** One big living room/kitchen/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen with a bar, a big wooden table, two big convertible sofas/beds (one corner & one regular) with 140x190cm mattresses for extra guests, a big 55" television with cable, Netflix and very-high speed 500Mbps Internet/Wifi.
*** Three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a 160x200cm queen-size bed and a private bathroom, two bedrooms each with a 140x190cm full-size bed.
*** Two bathrooms: one private bathroom in the master bedroom, one independent bathroom with a toilet.
*** Two toilets: one toilet in the independent bathroom, one additional independent toilet near the apartment entrance.
*** A small terrace.
*** If you intend to use the garage, please note the dimensions are 2.25m (wide) x 6.0m (long) x 1.9m (height).

Please note that the shower in the independent bathroom has a low ceiling (~160cm height) so adults will need to sit in the bathtub to use it.

The loft is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).

Once you are in front of the residence gate, you will go through the residence courtyard. The garage is on the left-hand side and can accommodate one car. The apartment is on the third and last floor of the building on the right-hand side, which you can enter through its secured entrance.

*** 5min to “Le Suquet" (400m): Historical district with tons of restaurants and a fantastic view on the bay of Cannes from the church.
*** 8min to “Marché Forville“ (600m) or “Vieux Port": Perfect for fresh produces and local shopping.
