The apartment is located in a private residence of the 19 rue du Canada, the most central location in the heart of Cannes, only 1min away from the world-renowned La Croisette, the private beaches, luxury boutiques, and fine dining. This Sea View apartment is situated on the second floor of the building.

The layout includes a big living room/kitchen/dining room with big floor-to-ceiling windows accessing the terrace and making the space very luminous.
