Managed by LB Vacation Rentals, this stylish 75 m² apartment at 7 avenue du Midi, Golfe-Juan / Vallauris, accommodates up to 4 guests in total, including children. Its contemporary industrial design features workshop-style glass partitions between the kitchen and bright living room.

The apartment is on the first European floor of a residence with an elevator. There is one step at the building entrance. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Master bedroom: one double bed, 140 x 190 cm.
• Second separate bedroom: one sofa bed, 140 x 190 cm.
Both sleeping arrangements are suitable for adults.

The private shower room has a large shower with a small access step and a double vanity. There is one separate WC. The toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, drying rack and iron are available.

Individual reversible air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Bouygues fibre Internet/Wi-Fi with a 2 Gbit plan (Bbox Wi-Fi 6e) is available. The living room has a 39-inch (100 cm) Smart TV with a Bouygues decoder.

Located at 7 avenue du Midi, 06220 Golfe-Juan / Vallauris, between Cannes and Antibes.

Approximate walking times at a brisk pace:
• Plage Pablo Picasso (formerly Plage du Soleil): 7 minutes (approximately 600 m).
• Golfe-Juan train station: 3 minutes (approximately 190 m).
• Port Camille Rayon: 9 minutes (approximately 750 m).

One free private underground parking space is included: 4.00 m long x 1.95 m wide, maximum vehicle height 2.18 m. Please check your vehicle dimensions before arrival.

Bed linen and towels are provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

A baby cot, highchair and baby bath are available on site. Cot mattress and linen are available on request before arrival.

Guests complete a check-in form, where we collect their email address and telephone number. A welcome guide is sent by email. Self check-in is via a classic key lockbox.

24-hour reception support and concierge assistance are available. Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting.

A maximum of one pet is welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
