Who processes your data?

LB Vacation Rentals is a brand operated by SAS Blue Sunrise, with support from Legland Consulting LLC for certain administrative, technical and concierge services. Depending on the property and contractual relationship, the data controller is SAS Blue Sunrise or the relevant property owner. Legland Consulting LLC processes the data required for the tasks entrusted to it. A single contact point is available: contact@lbvacationrentals.com.

Data collected and purposes

Depending on your enquiry or booking, we process contact details, information about the property, stay and guests, communications, and the contractual and payment references required. This data is used to answer enquiries, prepare and fulfil bookings, organise the stay, manage payments, comply with administrative, accounting and tax obligations, secure services and handle complaints. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests or your consent. Required fields are identified when data is collected.

Recipients

Data is accessible only to the persons and entities that need it for their tasks: the relevant property owner, authorised teams, booking, hosting, communications, payment or accounting providers, platforms used for the booking and, where legally required, advisers, insurers or competent authorities. Each recipient receives only the information needed for its role.

Processing in the United States

Legland Consulting LLC is established at 117 E 102nd Street, Apt 5B, New York, NY 10029, United States. Certain services may therefore involve access to or processing of data from the United States. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law must be implemented. You may request further information and a copy of the applicable safeguards, subject to necessary redactions, at contact@lbvacationrentals.com.

Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry, manage the stay and provide necessary follow-up. Enquiries without a booking are retained for no more than three years after your last contact, with earlier deletion when no longer useful. Necessary records are then archived for applicable statutory or limitation periods, including ten years for French accounting records. In the event of a dispute, only relevant data is retained for the time required to handle it.

Your rights and cookies

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Send your request to contact@lbvacationrentals.com; it will be forwarded to the appropriate entity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at www.cnil.fr. The website and booking module may use cookies necessary for their operation. Any non-essential tracker requiring consent must be subject to your choice before it is activated.
