Fees

These rates are maximum fees. The rate actually charged is stated in the agreement signed with the client.

Holiday rental management

• Property onboarding: €600 including VAT. Audit, file preparation, listing creation and system setup. Invoiced once the service has been completed.
• Full management: 24% including VAT. Calculated on rent and accommodation charges collected, excluding tourist tax, security deposit and cleaning fees.
• Exceptional services outside the management agreement: by quotation. Works, photography, special call-outs or services supplied by external providers.

Holiday-rental management fees are payable by the property owner.

Property transactions

Sale or property search: 5% of the price including VAT, subject to a minimum fee of €6,000 including VAT. Fees are payable by the party identified in the mandate and the property listing.
